Dave worked for the Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service for 34 years and has an extensive range of experience at all command levels in operations, Fire Safety and training. Since leaving the service he has been working as a private fire risk assessor/consultant and as an associate trainer for the Fire Protection Association.

Gordon has been involved in the fire industry for over thirty eight years and served for thirty years as an operational firefighter and fire safety enforcement officer with a large Fire and Rescue Service. Additional employment in the capacity of Fire Officer with the University of Glasgow and as a Safety Engineer with the Clyde Safety Group has assisted him in the development of his own fire safety consultancy business.

Michael has been a professional in the fire industry since 2005 when he graduated with a BSc(Hons) Fire Safety Management. Before university he obtained practical fire-fighting experience with public, private, and MoD brigades, post University he has worked on various projects in the engineering, consultancy, risk assessment, investigation, quality control and enforcement mediation fields, as well as assisting companies in the acquisition of third party accreditations from ISO and BAFE.

Fire Safety Officer in Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service for around 15 years out of a total of 31 years’ service and a further 6 years in the private sector.
